• Few receive the training they need

Solution:
Hire an MLS Camps coach to work alongside a volunteer coach to:
• Create off-season work out plans
• Create a pre-season training schedule
• Run a pre-season camp week
• Run weekly practice sessions
• Help with player personnel decisions
• Help determine strategy
• Conduct day of game Match Analysis
• Write an end-of-season report specifying individual player strengths/areas for improvement and team strengths/areas for improvement
