Our use of Green Cards is a great example of how our coaches live the Strengths-Based Coaching Philosophy. We all know about soccer’s use of Yellow Cards and Red Cards that tell a player what he or she isn’t doing “right.” What about what they are doing right? MLS Camps Coaches are equipped with Green Cards that do just that to help build players’ confidence and encourage them to repeat positive behaviors.
